So today I thought I would start to plan Easter Dinner. I am sure I will tweak some things from not until next week but so far this is what I came up with. What's on YOUR menu?
Garden Salad
Crostini with Herbed Goat Cheese, honey, and Walnuts
Glazed Spiral Ham
Quinoa and Herb Crusted Lamb Chops sauce that has 1 cup of cream Fraiche, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme and seasoned w/salt and pepper, mix and serve along side lamb.
Roasted Herbed Potatoes (parsley, dill, rosemary, sea salt, pepper and EVOO)
- Roasted Green Beans (just EVOO and Sea Salt)
Traditional Southern Deviled Eggs
Orzo w//Smoky Tomato Vinaigrette
Eggplant and Asparagus Napoleons
Dessert: (homemade of course)
- Carrot Cake ( I personally won't enjoy baking this but WILL enjoy eating it;)
- Chocolate Cake

I'm making a ham but I love leg of lamb. That's one of my favorites.... just not my families.
